Yes – Apartments Strauss offers flexible rental periods for short and long-term stays. If you would like to extend your stay or end it early, just send a short message to our team. We will check availability for an extension and adjust your booking accordingly. Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Yes – we offer our guests attractive long-term discounts for bookings of 28 nights or more. We are happy to create customized offers and tiered pricing for corporate bookings – just contact us.

We will issue your final invoice after your stay. You will receive the auditable receipts by email. Upon request, we will be happy to issue them to your company address and include VAT.
